Russell Beck

Russell has been a leader in people and recruitment for the past two decades. As MD he grew a people outsourcing business to £120m t/o, he managed teams delivering 1% of all UK recruitment and acted as global head of consulting for the UK’s largest staffing business.

Russell’s drive is inspired by the belief that people are the only USP of any organisation. Blending an engineer’s desire for knowledge, he acts as a catalyst, motivating people to think differently, providing the impetus to change and transform.

Today Russell runs his own consulting business working with leaders to unlock their own potential as well as that of their people.
Russell’s first book, “The world of work to 2030,” published by Bloomsbury Press, will be available in early 2024.
